Club Store

We have an array of items within our Team store, from fan gear to game day uniforms. Please review details below before purchasing anything on the team store. For team backpacks please visit our local Soccer City store

  • Customer Support: For any questions regarding orders, please direct inquiries along with the order number to support@newgensportsgroup.com. This is the quickest and easiest way to get a response, as our customer support team has all the necessary information and typically responds within 24 hours.

 

  • Order Delivery: Orders take 10-15 business days to be delivered. Customers will receive a confirmation email upon placing their order, followed by another email when the order leaves our US distribution center, usually around days 9-12. Delivery to the provided address takes an additional 2-3 days from that point.

 

  • Order Changes and Cancellations: Since each product is custom-made, changes or cancellations can only be made on the same business day until 5:00 PM EST. This policy is also mentioned in each product description.

 

  • Number Assignment: Please make sure each player knows their assigned number for the purchase of the player package. As mentioned we are not able to cancel or refund orders based on a wrong number or size, unless it is communicated with our support-team within the same business day before 5:00 PM EST. 

  • Game day Uniform: Do not add any Name on game day jerseys and do not add any number on game day shorts.

 

  • Size Chart: We have a specific size chart for each item. If parents are unsure about which size to select, they can refer to the measurements provided in the sizing guide. The guide is available at the top of the store and underneath the checkout button: Size Chart. As communicated with you we will send out the sizing kit as soon as it arrives at our distribution center.
